So... after running out of shampoo this week I have switched up to a different one. It is Aldi own brand Lacura anti-dandruff shampoo. I have used it 3 times now and it seems mild enough to me! No irritations. I normally use plain so this is new 😎

I've been switching between the Simple brand and T-Gel but, now that Robin has put the hemp name back in my mind. I have some hemp hand moisturiser, from the BodyShop, and find it first class, especially in the winter. If they do shampoo as well, then I'd like to try it.

they do shampoo, face wash and other products.
a very smooth product and organic.i have been using 1 year now

I use the hand moisturiser not for P, my hands aren't affected right now. We have it mostly cold and damp in Scotland from autumn to spring and it leaves my hands all hacked and red raw, or it did till I was given some hemp hand moisturiser to try. I've been a fan ever since.

I've heard really good things about the Hemp range at The Body Shop. I've got a little sample of their ginger shampoo to try too, which I had actually forgotten about! OMG! WHY DIDNT I USE IT!

Aye the Aldi stuff is ok, use it myself upon occasion...the day and night range of face cream can be good also but lately ended up making my face worse sadly. So went back to e45 which seems to be fine for now...

Strange I have found how my face/forehead reacts to something well for a time compared to say the rest of my body....all part of being a lifelong 'P' sufferer I have found. Though the downside is my work vehicle, looks like xmas inside unless I clean it regularly! :lol:
