Some times when everything you have tried for depression didn’t work then a doctor visit may be in order. They say depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain and medication can help. It may mean trying different ones to find one that your body needs but it can make dealing with life easier.

You need to talk to a professional wether a Dr or something like the Samaritans are really good from experience .

Stress is the big one & I do believe depression can elevate stress, do as I have done for the last 40+ yrs. Lisa just live for the never know what tomorrow will bring. Because truthfully I have been fighting depression since 1978!

Sorry to hear that Lisa. Life can sure throw some curve balls. Do you like to write? I find writing in a journal helpful expressing and letting out my emotions. I just pick up a pen and let the words flow.. and sometimes tears too. I always feel better afterwards. Expressing how we feel is really important, even if its just to ourselves.
I hope you are able to have a good release and know that This too shall pass, x

Please go talk to someone that can help. There are Dr's, phone numbers, friends, clergy. Don't be alone. Help is there for you. Call someone! Please! β€οΈβ€οΈπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’™

Hi Lisa. I'm sad to hear you feel this way. I was just wondering how are you going with your plans to start a floristry business? Are you studying at all or working towards it in any way? You need to keep your mind occupied and work towards a happy goal. Every little step is worth it 😊 Be well.

Hi Lisa. Depression, just eats you up from the inside out. It’s like a monster inside your head that takes over. You need to speak to someone. Don't suffer in silence. Typically having depression causes you to want to withdraw from the people around you and as you know isolating yourself can worsen it for you. Try to challenge your negative emotions? It's important to actively think of your depression and depressive thoughts (e.g. you're not good enough, nothing good is happening in your life, etc.) are separate from you. These thoughts and symptoms are not an accurate view of who you are and how your life is going. So, while difficult, it's important to try to challenge negative thoughts stemming from your depression and find positive thoughts to focus on instead. Good luck and stay positive xx

Oh Lisa, this is sad to hear. I think seeking support is the very best thing you can do for yourself with this. And trying to keep connecting with those around you, rather than isolating yourself away. Choose one small thing that makes you happy. A cup of tea from your favourite mug, a walk in your favourite place, put on your favourite song. That one minute of positivity might be enough to spark something better...
