As an outdoor person and love going to the bush, I never go without my Anti-histamines. From heat rash to bites and stings, it works for me and Antihistamines take the Itch out of my Psoriasis. Oral or topical antihistamines, can reduce itching associated with sunburn. Oral antihistamines also have a sedating effect that may help when pain prevents restful sleep. :)

john,Hulk @chewbacca

just moisturiser, shampoo is the only psoriasis essential things to take with me , if abroad, then sun screen :)

Michelle @michelle1021

Lol Desley. Is that for your P or to get the beautiful golden brown color on your skin??

Desley @desley

It’s actually for my P, Michelle - it is my go to thing for psoriasis. 😍 Golden brown skin - I wish! πŸ˜‚

Baking soda (hair and body wash), sea salt (soothes scalp), and oil (grapefruit, sesame, and/or coconut). Also couldn't leave without tiny bottles of my favorite homeopathic remedies: rhus tox for my arthritis and joint pain, nux vom for times when I overindulge, and apis for insect bites, among others.

Carrying a small travel pot with moisturiser or oil to take through security... for dryness emergencies!

Rub my feet with [...] every night and wrap them in cling film. Works for a week or so then I am back to saquare one, itchy and flaking soles which are very painful.

Sense we can't use brand names of medication that is helping to get rid of P after 52 years of suffering then I don't believe I need to be on this post!!! Thank You and good luck

A @millionways

Lotion with seasalt in it, as I can not take a seasalt bath on vacation.
Sunscreen that doesnt sting.
And the most important thing: my bikini, so I can show my psoriasis to the world πŸ˜‰.

Michelle @michelle1021

way to go Million! :)

Letitia @letiti

I have been trying a new oil, I'll try and put on a photo so you can see, it's called Balneum soya oil,
