Couldn't agree more , my self confidence and the way I look at things is so different now .

Ava @ava1

I've only been here a week, but what I have learned has given me hope - as there are active steps I can take to minimize the ill effects of psoriasis.

Hello Michelle, i say yes, It all started in the start of 2017,My arthritis is better, my weight is better, skin less flakey than it was , Its also made me a teacher to help others over the past year ago or more now , i have more confidence in talking about psoriasis to clear skin and flakers,Its good to help each other thanks Michelle :)

Isobel @isobel33

Yes it has changed my life also. I am much happier now, now that my psoriasis is under control. Thanks to the lemon.

Liam @liam2

I feel safe here.. kinda dumb to say but is true

Michelle @michelle1021

Hi Michelle. Yes definitely. I have learned so much about biologics etc, although I still don't use it, but I never knew that there were so many different kind of meds to use for P. Furthermore, my diet has also changed and I look more closely to what I add in my dishes. I'm a happy person and love being here.

popeye @el1

I would say yes :) I really was at my lowest point from December 2016 I was having so many tests done scans, x -rays , blood tests and the stress of it all made my " p " the worst it had ever been ,after having a Radiation test done in September 2017 I got the all clear :) but the stress had left its toll on my " p " then my mother passed away in October and my "p " got even worse and then with another 2 people passing away one in November and one in December I just did'nt think things could get any worse and to tell you the truth I did'nt care ... I then had my Grandson Born in December and if it was'nt for that I really dont think I would be here ! I feel much better now have a very loving wife and 5 children plus 2 Grandchildren who have always surported me and I also joined this group ... which made a big difference of which I am Thankful for :) I have changed my diet even lost weight , been swimming in the sea after not going for over 20 years ...My youngest children are 13 ( twins ) and I had never taken them swimming I was like a big kid :) So I'm now going to Brussels next month with the wife ( not been abroad for over 20 years ) a present from our children so now making positive changes to my life Thank You ...Sorry for going on :)

Michelle @michelle1021

Jane @jane2445

Totally agree...in the short time I’ve been part of this forum I’ve realised I’m not a freak and that many others have the same fears and worries as I do...so thank you for being there.

Sarah @sarahuk

Absolutely, positively! I can't imagine how I ever managed 20 years of psoriasis without Flaym.
