Itch, treatment, diet

I'm trying to change my lifestyle etc any one got any good hints would be appreciated.

if you want to change diet, though its a choice, i dont peddle it on people,smoking,alcahol,potatoes,tomatoes,peppers,sugar,milk,butter,cheese,eggplants,processed meat,beef,,,pizzas,bolognese,currys etc are all said to be bad for psororiasis and psoriatic arthritis, good stuff,vegetables,turkey,lamb .chicken,salads

salads (no toms),theres more if thats the route you are going down, i havnt given up every thing and its a choice if one wants to go the whole hog,fructose is not good,you can find plenty information on youtube,dr paganos diet,these are good for psoriasis and may help psoriatic arhtritis? i dont know any otheranser michael, thanks :)

Thanks John. I have to give up smoking. Don't drink and really fix my eating habits and understand my limits. I have a friend coming to help shop which is really helpful.

you are welcome mike,ihave been doing e cigs for weeks now,its better than smoking health wise,takes time to get used to it,if you do go to doing ecigs,be careful of some of the liquids out there they can give you dry eyes, i suffer with this anyway from arthritis but it got really bad with some eliquids especially the big clouds vape liquids,
