Coping, treatment

Discoverd something pretty awesome tonight. I have been diving into the world of essential oils and found Copaiba. Many reviews talk about how it very similar, but better than cbd oil... I will be testing!

Copaiba is highly regarded for its anti-inflammatory properties. Its unique composition makes it an excellent natural remedy for pain and inflammation. It can even be safely ingested to treat health disorders, which is rare for essential oils.

The most important and impressive health benefits of copaiba essential oil include its ability to reduce pain and inflammation, protect against infections, heal the skin, prevent fungal growth, and boost the respiratory health.

Most essential oils are derived from the leaves of plants. Copaiba, however, differs in that it comes from the resin of the copaiba balsam tree. This tree grows in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil.

I have a bottle that came in my kit, but was unsure about it so I gravitated to the oils I was familiar with. I have chronic pain and don't like to take meds, I am going to start taking it tomorrow. Will also make an oil blend with it 😊

Have a lot of you been using CBD oil?

Rita
Rita @rita

I have been using it intermittently. I was suffering from anxiety for no reason (causing digestive issues) so after some research I started using it in combination with GABA. My anxiety level stabilized and I feel much better.

I have been having good results with cbd oil.

Thanks everyone!! So good to hear Rita. GABA's are lovely and helped me loads too. I have been using cbd oil sparingly to help with pain.. but so expensive. I have started with the copaiba drops today, noticed a bit of a difference but hard to say. Today has been a high pain day. Think its all of the packing. Will continue with it and see how it goes. Will try and oil blend tomorrow. It is supposed to help with scarring and discoloration.
Fingers crossed! 🤞
Lou, I get my oils from young living, but it is readily available online and may be found at some health food stores.
