Welcome Back Sarah! 😀I hope you had a wonderful time away with your family! Was it hard to stay away from traditional Italian cuisine or were you able to try little bits?
13 Jul 15:05
Hi everyone, it's lovely to reconnect! I have missed you all. Yes I did try some Italian foods, lots of fresh figs and fruits and veg. I had tomatoes once, big fresh ones with aubergine, and yes my skin got redder the next day but nothing horrendous happened. I swam in a salt pool every day, which was awesome. And I went to a thermal spring where I spread the mud on my body and had my very own "mud scrub" with it! Also awesome! I tried a piece of "panigacci" and it made me pulsate afterwards, digesting the gluten after 7/8 months of no gluten at all. Not wanting to repeat that too often!

Sounds like fun Sarah :) oooh a salt pool, that sounds nice :)
