Moving is a nightmare especially the packing and being in your feet most of the time. Im sure this is a exciting type of packing though :) Good luck Michelle and take care. One of these days you will be sitting outside, treating your feet while having a beautiful view :)

Yip packing is hard work and also mentally tiring having to make decisions on what to pack, what to give away and what to throw away. Wishing you a smooth moving experience Michelle

All that rubbish we store and only see when moving. Why do we hold on to it???

Hi Michelle, good luck with the move, I've lived in the same place for 30 years & couldn't imagine moving ! Been trying some copaiba oil, no big results yet but I'm persevering

Chris, I love that you are trying copaiba as well! Are you using it topically or internally?

Oh yep stress central Mish but you sound very level headed about it all! Hope your skin is happy with it too. How is the copaiba?

Stressful time moving Michelle I know when I moved 16 years ago the rubbish I got rid of was unbelievable. Unfortunately I'm a bit of a hoarder so think I need to move again to have a clear out lol. Good luck with the move and hope your feet will soon be good

Thank you! 💕
I have been using copaiba essential oil both topically and orally. Are you using the essential oil Chris? How long have you been using it? You may want to look into the type you use just to make sure you can take it orally.
Sarah & Rachel, I have been using it for just 1 week orally to help with pain when needed. I used it tonight & noticed a difference within an hour. Still in the testing phases. I have been using it topically mixed with almond oil to try & help reduce scarring.. it seems to have become less pink, will have to give it more time 😊

Thanks Michelle. I practice aromatherapy so I have some copaiba, I will blend some and start using. I've not taken any training with ingesting the oils so I'll research that.
