...feeling happy Sarah @sarahuk

After 7 month elimination, got a maintenance diet going! Yes to non-gluten grains, eggs, legumes, nuts and, shock horror, nightshades! No to gluten, most dairy, sugar and high histamine foods. Posting photos on Instagram @thislifethisskin. πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ

Wow that sure made it worth while then!

Shawn @EatOrganic

Ok just to confirm Sarah - you CAN have non-gluten grains, eggs, legumes, nuts and nightshades - and you can’t have dairy, sugar and high histamine... if this is what you were saying this is EXACTLY my situation!

Mavis @mavis

That's good news Sarah it's been well worth all the effort for you to know what's good and what's not

Linda @justicejones

Thank you for posting this Sarah. At least I know where to start.

Good for you Sarah. Pretty much how I eat too. You are awesome for sticking with it and documenting too. I cut out bread/pasta so I really don't know about the gluten but I'm guessing that's part of it. Sauerkraut, pickles, kefir, kombucha are high histamine but I don't have an issue with them. And... I'm kind of a non drinker so alcohol isn't something I have often. I do like the odd glass of wine, but rarely. I love having energy and a clear head. LOL No idea how to access instagram..... :(

Fantastic Sarah & Well done! So happy for you & nightshades! πŸ…πŸ†πŸ₯”πŸŒΆβ€ I am loving all of your delishiousness you are sharing on instagram! Do you make your own Salad dressings or have it as is with lemon & oil perhaps?

Michelle @mishlyn

Wonderful Sarah. Well done on the diet. :)

Sarah @sarahuk

Thanks everyone! Yes Shawn, you got it, we are psoriasis food twins then! Michelle I'm glad you like my photos, I'm posting them for inspiration and a reminder to myself of what I'm doing πŸ˜„ I usually eat my salad / raw foods either on their own or just with olive oil drizzle. Sometimes a squeeze of lemon or lime yes but not very often I guess. I don't include balsamic vinegar anymore, I don't think we get on 😏
