I'm taking a bit of crap... I can't label it on here. my Derm's idea of not really taking something. I gained 30 lbs and my cholesterol is getting very high. now my BP is over 200...

If you aren't suffering to badly, you might try getting D3, magnesium, and K2 for month to see if that helps you. Some turmeric wold also be good.

Phototherapy seem to help. Was in Florida stayed in the sun and sea water helps. Great tan but I notice a few p popped out! Different area. I’m getting frustrated because you treat the area and it’s seem to be getting better. Then I notice a new patch. Thats why my derm recommended biologics.

How much coverage of P do you have Melanie? if you dont mind me asking you? That is so true , i find this all the time it happens like that like my little flake on my toe, thanks :)

Not a lot but I notice the current one seem to be better and new one pops out. They look like pimples! Then I scratch the heck of it. Then I stop. I got a couple the back of my neck and two new ones on my lower back. So frustrating! And of course I notice around the upper private parts as well. Hope this wasn’t too much TMI. 😬😬 too embarrassing.

I think the only thing to do is to weight it up like potential side effects vs your quality of life...that's all I could do when I was prescribed immunosurpressants...

Melanie. Baby steps still move you forward. Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction, ends up being the biggest step of your life. Go for it and don't look back! It's not going to be easy but worth it at the end. We are all here for you :)
