Treatment

I spoke about my psoriasis with a doctor this week he is amazed at the results of lemon 🍋 then he explained that medicine today is heading in a more acidic direction instead of the netural base ideas of the past. He was very interested in my results

Hi Hilda. I'm sorry to hear about the effect lemon has on your skin. It doesn't make me itch. My P actually improved with it.

It removes the flakes for me Michelle which is great but leaves my skin quite itchy.. might continue using for a few days to see will the itch go way 🙏

I still use my coal and moisturizer together with the lemon, maybe that's why its working for me?

Hilda, what works for me might not work for you but, I wish you good luck and all of the best. Remember it's also what you put into your body. The right diet will improve your P. :)

Its not easy Hilda. I still eat rice and sometimes pasta but I'm in the caveman diet. Its part of my lifestyle now and if I do cheat, I will have pasta or something. My body is used to my diet which is why I don't itch. I drink turmeric for inflammation as well and my PsA has improved so much. :)

I’ve here that drinking lemon is meant to be great to so I’m going to give it ago.. I don’t think it can make me any worse.. it’s all trail and error.. I can’t go bk to using steroids and my skin is so tined out from them.. so I need to find something that will help me 😩

Yes I am sure your doc is amazed as we all are! I will be trying lemon again soon. In fact maybe tonight! My skin is sore from wedding partying and stressful few days so I will give it a whirl again! Hilda, lemon when I tried it before didn't make me itch but my skin got sore after a few days of it. I stopped it for a few weeks and will start again soon to see if it was the lemon or something else!

I have been drinking warm water with lemon (from my organic trees) evryday for 2 years now. It has helped a great deal with my acidic stomach (Lemon becomes alkaline once taken as a drink) but hasnt helped my P skin.

Hilda, when I used lemon on my skin, I also let it dry and afterwards I moisturised my legs. We need to moisturize.
Alexandros, Since I've been drinking lemon, my immune system got stronger which could lead to maybe helping the P gets better as well? I will occasionally get a runny nose when it's cold and windy but otherwise I don't get sick. Lemon is good for me.

As you may know, I work in a nursing home so all my sickness comes from there, once one gets sick everyone gets sick at some point generally with colds, I have had a stomach bug before from again the nursing home and lots had that, ,Its the same in hospitals, staff get sick from sick people there ,as they need keep these places warm so all these bugs come out to get you, :)
