...feeling okay deborah @deborah4
The humidity and heat is high right now. I've had my heart rate monitor go off constantly ( my heart rate goes up). And I ripped major skin off myself while driving to see a client. Now I look like a war zone. Ugh! Humidity bother anyone else?

Sorry, high humidity here for our little atlantic Canada folks. We are melting. I'm worried about a couple of my elderly clients in this weather. xo

Humidity is a big trigger for my P which is why I don't go to high humidity areas. My P shows me immediately that I need to turn aroundxand go back which is also why I only go to a dry climate area when going on holiday. Air pollution is just as a big problem for my P. I try to moisturise constantly when in Durban SA, but with that I saw my P got worse so what I did was using a bit of olive oil, (applied it in the morning only) and it kept my skin not from drying out. It helped for me. :)

It has been a very hot summer here, the humidity has been up which is unusual for where I live...I have been having a rough time this summer..

I'm not on any beta blockers... I don't think... I'll look closer to what I'm on. I have open sores on pretty much 70% of my arms and legs and bottom and lady bits. I'm stinging, bleeding and itchy. No lemon for a couple of days.... ouch! Not up to self infliction of pain. I know.... I'm cowardly LOL. Happy Sexy Friday !!!

Okay, my blood pressure meds were replaced two weeks ago due to a recall on my other one. I think it might be a blocker.... (angiotensin receptor blocker, ARB) no one explained it to me. Usually first up to read about any medication, I failed to do so. I will further investigate. Peeling skin a side show....
