So true Michelle, i agree, you know last year someone actually said that to me,They said they didnt get time to do a healthy psoriatic lunch box?they drank 2 litres/liters of coke a day , smoked 20 + cigs a day, eat biscuits and cakes for lunch etc they told me , i was miffed ,really, its your health or lack of good health,i said it is a choice a choice for everyone and wished them well .A healthy diet is essential for anyone with psoriasis or not ,a bad diet can lead to plenty of nastys, thats for sure

Michelle "TRUER WORDS" were never spoken. I suffer from a sweet tooth hugely interferes with my decision making . I will eat properly for months and then this stinker sweet cravings catches me off guard and I actually grab a quick M&M and so long my best laid plans...I can't open the doors to sugar as in ever..my skin does the Flare and then my personal hell is reborn..I forget too easily and then I pay and it will take me two or three days to go back to my charts and maps to healthy eating...I honestly wish there was a simple pill to prevent this back slidding but there isn't and I really have to work my program of of abstinence, positive thinking, and renewal of Health. Today I am OK and continuing to remind myself of easier goals..skin health really is an inside job you really do get what you put inside your mouth...Sugar is my enemy ..Morning my Darlings I am still in the Universe of Psoriasis Love to all from the High Plains Desert,Vast and endless here in Nevada...I have been gardening, and Sunning Myself old lizard that I am hahaha

I don't buy them for myself but my Darling Husband Loves M&M's P-nut candies I go by the bowl and grab a few...and eat them on my way out to garden and mid=way through I start scratching takes all of 20 minutes for it to start..my bodies early warning system alarms...I wish really wish I could have just a few without the ordeal that insues but No NOOOOOO so I have to abstain totally...and hey I am an amazing baker as well I do all those things you mentioned as a cook-baker but I can only watch other peoples responses to my efforts I can't pinch off a bit ever Hugs darling..

haha Lindakay, funny. I don't have a sweet tooth at all but when I crave for a chockie, I buy coconut. Will sit on my couch with my blankie and eat it very quick. lol.
My favorite chocolate. If they don't have coconut, I buy rum and raison. Love it. We all get our days where we indulge in food we're not suppose to but hey, we aren't perfect. We need a bit of fun 😈 and I don't snack on a carrot. I've tried, but...I can't.
Justin, I'm not a sea food fan but I do like a nice fish with my chips/fries.
