Trying the lemon treatment and changing my diet...no nightshades at all, etc...feeling in control and hopeful...

Good luck Jill. I don't touch lemon or anything citrus and I can only tolerate a tomato in a purée. Potatoes are a big trigger for me and marmalade too. I react very fast so decide which patch to keep a track of and see what happens. We are all very different in our triggers. Hope you get some good results.

Thank you Kim, I know tomatoes are a big trigger for me ...I apply freesh lemon juice to my plaque sites 2x a day...I am clearing some and enjoying the relief from itching...

Diagnosed 20 years ago....found out beta blockers could be cause ..changed to different drug...no change in P unfortunately..started out small patch on scalp, now pretty much all over scalp and body..also PA but so far not bad...
