I'm sitting in McDonald's. I brought my service user here for lunch. He has a bacon cheeseburger, fries and Coke. I have a bottle of water. My eating window doesn't start till two plus one meal here would use 90% of today's calories. I hate my life.

James, you can endure the smell. You are on the right road to success and you can do it. We believe in you.
Think of it like this: McDonald's chicken isn't even real chicken and it smells disgusting. lol

So true, dog food would taste better than that,though dog biscuits dont taste bad at , Its just grease and sugar , i look at it as extra inflammation to add to the mix , sorry you going through this James, not easy i know , you are strong, good work :)

OMG that burger, I can't even imagine it actually! I think I would have major food-fear faced with that. So good that you are being so mindful already of your food window arrangements. I love your life! You are taking control of yourself! Kudos, James.
