Looks, diet

Arms are a mess of guttate spots. Maybe nightshades are not my friend after all longer term! Or maybe it's other stuff... I've made a load of anti inflammatory snacks and am going to make a giant batch of turmeric paste tonight. Back to basics! 😄

I had a few cappuccinos last night as i was at a friends, i got back at near 12 midnight , couldnt sleep, think it was the caffeine keeping me awake, i dont have this often in fact rare,I think a lack of sleep has some affect on me, i notice a flake bigger today and a slight itch, was it the cappuccino or the lack of sleep, who knows ? :)

Sarah, the more you think about your psoriasis the more you will stress. More you look at it more it will spread. Don't look at it for a week and just forgot that you have it. This is what I am doing.
Try lemon mixed with olive oil and let me know how it is.

Aww Sarah, sorry to hear that 😔 It is so mysterious.. how.. why.. when? Could indeed be the nightshades or stress. So hard to pinpoint. I hope it can leave just as quickly as it came for you ❤

oh Sarah I'm so sorry to hear. I hope it gets better soon. I have to add that the turmeric paste does work for my Plaque P. Mix it with a bit of olive oil (or whatever oil you prefer) and slap it on twice a day. Sleep with old tights in the evening as you don't want it all over your bedding. Try to get a bit of sun with the turmeric on your arms whenever you can. Good luck and let us know how it's going? xx

using Palmers Cocoa butter formula with vitamin E , not getting to the heart of P but skin feels really soft , and also tanned after all this hot sunny weather in Devon England .

That's great Allan. At least you won't be a casper in winter 😄. You will have a nice tan.

Hi C. Good luck with the lamp, I've heard it works but have no experience with it. Let us know if you see any improvement oK? :) what about some sun? Getting a bit of rays will surely help ;)
