I have found some turmeric tablets which I am using to get some relief from p arthritis, the worst of which is in my feet. Hoping between these and a fairly strict anti - inflammatory diet, I will continue to see improvement.

Diane, you will be amaze to see how well the turmeric is working for the p arthritis. I has definitely improved mine. I don't get stiff nor sore swollen fingers anymore. Good luck and keep us updated! :)

The real stuff is better than tabs,grate it ,put it in a paste,natural is better,hope you get results

Hi Diane sorry to hear your having such problems am trying out ginger oil soothing a little am also taking Magnesium. Feel better soon.

Im going for massage & accupucture--I heard it helps a lot.

I took turmeric tablets and they didn`t help but the powder did--I put a tsp in a pot of soup and 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper--its very helpful. Also I think the ginger oil is good--haven`t tried it yet.

True the powder helps a lot. I keep all things I eat and drink organic. :)
