Excitement! Diagnosis of Acropustulosis,Feet & Hands P was made April 30. Today , August 3, both my. feet and hands are clear!....for how long, who knows, but am amazed.

Started out with vinegar/sea salt 30 minute soaks twice a day, with a hydrocortisone cream applied at night, covered with socks. Later used black African soap to hands and B.A. scrub to feet and the cream. Regular diet of LOTS of fluids like tea and lemonade to drink and usual organic foods.
I am fortunate that it was caused by a change in thyroid medication not stress in my life... hehe until this came along. At age 83, I feel blessed.

Twice daily foot soaks of vinegar,
Twice daily salt,vinegar water foot soaks, and hydrocortisone cream at bed time with sockies on, and later black africa scrub in place of soaks. Hydro....cream to hands
