Ice compresses help me, as well as taking an antihistamine.

It’s on my feet and itches so bad in my shoes all day

I get itch on my feet too. I like to use a sea salt for Himalayan salt scrub on them at night. Then I moisturize and if they are itchy I'll put hydrocortisone. Also apple cider vinegar helps. Maybe you still want to take an antihistamine when you go to work though.

Soak in apple cider vinegar or intake?

Soak your feet. I've heard that drinking it is good for your health in general. I haven't tried it though.

A simple anti-histamine helps me. I found taking it 30 minutes before bedtime works best for me. Also, Google "histamine foods", there are several sites with lists of high histamine foods, avoiding those helps as some on here will confirm.

James what do you do during day? Antihistamines make me so sleepy, which is fine for night.

I use script meds on top of feet, like you were itchy with shoes on,this is the only thing that does work on my feet.

Aimee, in the morning I moisturise all over. Takes time but I make allowance and it helps. I also rub lemon on selected spots that itch more. To be accurate though, I itch much less during the day, not sure why. Night time was bad though until the anti-histamine. Not saying I get none, but massively reduced. I also bought myself a telescopic back scratcher, telescopic cause I do sleepovers in my job so easy to carry. Before I get into bed, I stand naked and give myself a good all over scratch. Often draw a little blood but oh, the pure joy.

When I start scratching my back with the back scratcher, anyone listening at the door could be forgiven for thinking they were hearing a remake of that scene from When Harry Met Sally.
