...feeling happy Clint @NJClint

Doctors won’t make you healthy.
Nutritionists won’t make you slim.
Teachers won’t make you smart.
Gurus won’t make you calm.
Mentors won’t make you rich.
Trainers won’t make you fit.
Ultimately, you have to take responsibility.
Save yourself

So true, great post Clint ,Why i took charge of my own health, i did it myself, i had some guidance at the start and then it was up to me, I have seen so many benefits by making those changes and it wasnt easy but, if i can do it them i think anyone can though it is a choice a choice for everyone :)

Michelle @michelle1021

Excellent said Clint. We can't rely on anybody but ourselves. We need to take that first step in realizing that we have a choice.

Julia @kelj

Brilliant tell me what you did with the lemons

IDA @ida1

I would like to know also. I do drink lemon w/water every morning no big miracle.

Clint @NJClint

Cut a lemon 🍋 rub it on affected areas leave on until you shower 🚿 then repeat 🔁 daily take a day off once in a while

Hi Clint, yes, you're right....but - I have to say there's been a homeopath whose remedies have really helped me, a teacher or two who opened me to new knowledge and insights, a guru who taught me meditation (which really worked in making me a calmer happier person!), a financial mentor who gave me the courage to buy an investment property, and a trainer who inspired me to do more in terms of fitness. Now I know that I had to do the work, but you know what they say: when the student is ready, the teacher appears.
I believe in personal responsibility, but I've certainly welcomed help along the way so I could learn and grow. I love the help we all get here!

IDA @ida1

I have been feeling a little better with some of the tips I have found on this site and am very much appreciative.

Lou @lou60

Me too Ida.

Clint @NJClint

Good news you two

Very true Clint. Even my own doctor said he would love it if more people walked into his office being part of the process. It’s our right to ask questions, try things. It’s just common sense to me to not give all my health to my doctor. He knows a littler about a lot but not a lot about everything.

Linda @justicejones

Yes, some doctors a really willing to try natural treatments and with so many serious side effects of a lot of medications it is a good option often.
