Hi Marmara. My P was a thick layer upon layer. When I started changing the way I ate, I could see in a week that thickness are starting to reduce and I could even shave again. It took mine between 2- 4 months before clearing up. It takes a while but some have seen quicker results. You need to be disciplined and really love what you eat. Do it for yourself and not for your P only. :)

Same as Michelle it took a while. And then of course I thought it made no difference so I went back to old habits. And saw it return full force. So that’s when and how I knew!

Yes about 4 months. You have to persevere and when you notice improvement you won't want to go back to your old ways. Good luck.

I think that once yourvgut gets used to the food you're eating, it doesn't mind if you cheat sometimes. I often cheat on my diet but likevi said before, its not a diet anymore bit a lifestyle change. Been eating likebi do for a very long time which is why food dont trigger my P anymore but...I stay away from lamb stew. Had bad inflammation because of that. My advice is stay away from fizzy drinks. Bad food too but fizzy drinks gives me inflammation. I mean, look at all the crap they put in there.

Mine builds up long term. I don't really get many instant reactions from stuff, as I have learned this past year from a lot of experimentation! It has taken a month of reading nightshades again for the effects to show, and wow they did show... So they're back out again!
