On top of having a very painful week, now I have my IBS acting up. Spontaneous activity. Pooh with no warning. Not a moment. Went gluten free 2 weeks ago. Thinking this should improve things. NOT I guess.

I started using lemon 🍋 on. My skin as you know but recently I added drinking fresh squeezed lemon 🍋 with honey a cap full of apple cider vinegar with mother with water and crushed ice.
It work so good on the outside I am hoping it will work it's magic on the inside it seams to be working great although when I. Started I had so stomach pains it only lasted two days now I am used to it.

I also have ibs. Not connected to it, or P, I'm currently trying to lose some weight using calorie control and intermittent fasting, restricting my food intake to an eight hour window in every twenty four hours. I happened to mention this to a colleague only to find she too has IBS and gains a high amount of relief from fasting. It was then I realised it hasn't caused me so many problems since I started the fasting. I'm not suggesting it's the answer, but Google intermittent fasting, read a couple of articles, see if it might help you.

Chemist lady told me her story on ibs,i won't be graphic but was bad,has contained it with meds,they do work,as like me she don't wAnt to do the tests,she doesn't have p,mines not related to p but a diff woman's prob,shes been invaluable to me as knows me well due to ailments,lol,she even suggested marijuana for p,lol,not for me hate the smell ,taste etc,tried it once only

Clint,i drink acv with lemon everyday,grated ginger too,does no harm good for the gut

No need for thanks,as no idea why being thanked,i take onboard and search and hope and ppl help me and I say stuff,all good , good place to be when not in a good place in the mind with p,sharing is caring and learning

That's so difficult when you put in effort with your diet and lifestyle only to see things worsen. Hope you see some improvements soon! Maybe your change in diet is meaning you have changes in your gut and intestines... may take a month or however long to settle...
