Hi John. For me I think what works best is a high alkaline, low histamine, anti inflammatory diet. With lots of turmeric and coconut oil. It's not always easy but I try to stick to it as much as I can. And exercise. I feel great and my skin is calm at the moment. The only problematic areas are my scalp and palms of hands.

Hello Jen,Sounds good but sorry about your scalp and palms, cant be easy having it there as our hands are our tools,my hands are clear and have been for over a year thankfully for me, never had it on my palms though, sounds uncomfortable, you are doing the right things to reduce inflammation in the skin ,sounds great :)

I have used medicinal c. oil prior to my medical trial. It really help me a lot.

Yeah it's hard having it on palms. They get so itchy and peel. And get really tender. I have to be very careful not to injure the thin skin. It's the third time now this year. Doc said he doesn't think its P but doesnt know what it is! He wanted to prescribe steroid cream. I said 'what?' 'are you serious?' I could not believe him.

Hi John. I just try not to eat all the crappy stuff and I drink my turmeric as well. Not every day anymore but twice a week. It works for me and as you know I'm a believer of turmeric. I still cheat with certain foods of course but I detox as well. :)
