So much happier on no nightshades! Feel like a balance is getting restored. What a valuable piece of actual evidence! I tried fresh aloe vera yesterday too. So far no effect... But smells nice! 🌿

I googled nightshade plants and found this list but I don't know how comprehensive it is. Can you add anymore Sarah? Potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, tomatillos, goji berries, huckleberries, ground cherries and cape gooseberries.

The only other one I know James is tobacco which is also a nightshade. That list you've got is pretty comprehensive! My skin is loads better. My scalp is almost clear. Wahoo! I can live with the other bits that are left, they are small and localised to knees, forearms and elbows. Forearms looking much better!

Okay cool. I don't smoke so no problem there. Potatoes, tomatoes and peppers will be hard-ish to give up but I'll manage.
