Itch, coping, treatment
I’ve read that sodium Laureth sulphate a common shampoo ingredient (foaming agent) can be a skin irritant. If found only 2 shampoos with out it. 1 type of Avalon and Aveeno baby.

That's true psomom, most herbal shampoos don't contain sodium and its soft on my P.

I had bought a few different organic herbal and aloe shampoo’s to try (all at once in a panic) and looks like they all have it. Seems like the psoriasis shampoo that I bought (tgel) has it too.

Yes even my tar shampoo contains sulphate. Natures choice is great on my scalp. I don't have scalp P but yo be safe, I wash my hair once a week with the tar shampoo. I don't know why but head and shoulders works for me. It contains sulphate as well but the best shampoo for me is natures choice.

I would give the Aveeno baby shampoo a go.

I’ve heard lots of great things about Aveeno. Trying their skin cream now.
