Hi Lindakey. Season change? I got some flakes because of it and a spot or two. Just keep treating it and don't stress. Xx

Thank you my Darling The pain of this is indescribable...there is an old song that says I don't get around much anymore :>) I am sure the tide will turn...back on probiotics and doing a Fast...for several days..going back to slow additions I seem to do better when I align my diet..honestly processed foods with hidden sugars and additives Is what I think happened..I just got lazy and it built up and here I am in Pain again..proof positive you can't be stupid about food ever,I may actually try the Kombacha teas everyone raves about

Winter I shiver at the thought of Winter b/c I do get worse...its getting cooler here on the High Plains desert of Nevada. The high plains are located in North Central Nevada not Las Vegas or Reno...I am at 5500 ft above sea level and I get a thing called a Haboob where the sand itself lifts off the floor of the desert and makes a cyclone everywhere..yes P is not the worse thing we all could have..ALS comes to my mind after years of Nursing everyone else 30 + . I am again on Diet watch and slathering coconut oil everywhere and the cracks on my feet seem to be improving, I want to wish you and everyone here a very Blessed day..:>)

I got a few spits too in winter. Our P doesn't like the cold but I've learned to keep my P warm. No wool. Wool makes my P worse. Now as you know, south African winter is like your summer but to us its cold and my P can obviously feel the difference. I try to still wear winter dresses in winter so my P can breath. Once I start wearing pants and stockings, my P gets worse. Lindakey, just keep your P moist, not too much as it needs to breath. Maybe I'm wrong here as I live in SA, but when I let my P breath, it doesn't get bigger. Good luck and I wish you well xxx
