Looks, itch, treatment

As you all know, I'm a turmeric fan. I've been mixing some turmeric with my coal tar cream. Two weeks and my P is looking great but I'm not sure if it is because of the warm weather.

At first when I tried it, the flakes I had, hardened and came off. I left the paste on for 6 hours. My skin was smooth after that. Now I'm not saying its the turmeric but it might have contributed to the clearing? I also check what I eat and drink and getting some sun. I did not sit in the sun with the paste though. Might stay yellow.

Isn’t that always the problem?!; never knowing what caused an amelioration, or for that matter a worsening of the skin. If we could but know...

what's the ratio your using ?

Hi madmum, I just mix a half teaspoon, with half a 250ml cup of my tar mix. But I don't know if that's why my P looks better. All I know is that my P is looking great. No itch and no flakes. I have a flake here and there but nothing serious. :)

I'm pleased this is working for you, I'll have to try it, I believe the sun puts us in a good mood with positive moves anything we do to our skin (within reason) works well, be it tar, oils creams etc. but its always having something new to try when the "usual" stops working.

Well it helps with flaking. But I have to say that my P did not fade. My skim is still looking great but I do have a few flakes, nothing to pick on. ;)

I guess the 33 degrees are helping. Get some sun, even when its cold outside and rays are coming through the window. It helps xxx

Clint I agree. You should see my tan. Damn! Coal tar is the best way to get that olive tan ;)
