When i moved i stopped having my mackarel and its after that i felt well rough all the time, though i didnt know , couldnt think what it was causing the problem as i been on lifestyle changes for a year and half,i was so low in B12 in my blood test, which can cause anemia and other problems, i would drive my car with almost tunnel vision, I have had a test on tuesday, a blood test again and see how it goes, i been taking b12 vit tablets and i notice improvement,so if you feel tired and think it maybe just P or the arthritis?, it maybe low b12 in your system, get it checked, it could change your life?i am going to see if my second results are in to see how i am doing now, if still low, i may try for the injection to increae my dose of B12?, i need to be in good order for my holiday, worth a check, Please get checked for this thank you :X)

Sorry to hear you've been unwell John, but glad to hear that you know what the problem is and that you are on the mend
Bev, get your hubby to have them check his prostate as well. My hubby was constantly tired and because of his age they checked his prostate. Thank goodness they did as he was found to have early stage prostate cancer! An operation and radiotherapy and he’s thankfully clear! xx

Thank you Mavis, No one would had really known as i am a happy chappie :),I was just feeling so tired and lethargic,I still went to work etc, never take days off, times i couldnt wait to finish work,I managed though, i maybe stronger than i realize i think as most of us are ,Its just to give advice on this, because we can sometimes blame other things,I see people saying about pains and eating rubbish, maybe its good to look there first as i did ? though its their choice i know, Its okay, they take these painkillers but the problem is still there and pills mask it up, soon comes back though, worth checking these things like i did and it could help others by my post :)

Yes the same happened to me John, remember in February I was always taking B12 supplement. Had bloods done and low in B12. Body doesn't take it up said doc. Gave me 3 shots over 3 weeks. Bloods done. No different. Still felt like crap. 4 weeks later levels were normal. Go figure.

That's great news John and I'm glad you don't Fall asleep at work anymore. Its terrible when you wake up and still feel tired during the day. Good thing about the B12. I eat fish a lot and this month I'm cutting out red meat so I have to check my iron levels. Does B12 help for psoriasis?
