so over 2 months of being in Poland and dietary changes weather changes and gaining 10kgs -_- starting to see my P is starting to calm down but still long way to go to get back on track but part of the path i have taken.

Obviously the food is good in Poland with the weight gain ...but glad its not affecting your P ..... good going !!!!

One of my daughters used to flat share with a Polish girl and she went with her on holiday once or twice. She said the food is really good but yes, she too put weight on.

lol thanks all ya food is rely great and amazing, still struggling with some of the food changes as its a lot of Pasta and Potatoes when i am used to not eating much of it so ya. but still good
