Thank you Linda, psomom, its okay, its not bad at all, they are all tiny spots, i am sure the sun will help a lot , Its because of the winter coming, its the same as usual, been using a mild steroid to keep it down though, dont use it too much, only 1% cortisone and with my childs farm, I am hopeful it will get a bit better when i get back, 3 weeks after that, i go back on holiday again in the sun,2 holidays close together, i am positive about it so no need be sorry thank you very much :)

Hi John, I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritus and rheumatoid arthritus 3years ago. Do you get a lot of joint pain with the psoriatic arthritus. My psoriaticpsoriasis was really bad in December 2014 when I got a bad infection in my calf which they said was due to breaks in my skin on my knees, I was put on a treatmen5 for my arthritus and the psoriasis disappeared within 6 weeks

Hello Linda, no i dont anymore, alcohol like spirits can turn it to pain in the fingers mainly, i get slight aches now and again and thats it ,so because i changed my lifestyle a lot, no problem :) Sorry you got to arthitic conditions, that must be hard to deal with, i used to get more problems in winter and getting up in the mornings feeling stiff but, i dont get it bad at all, the first 3 years near 16 years ago was my worst with it then it subsided to get better, dont know how ?I am glad this treatment helped your skin Linda
