Sorry to hear that Bren. I know how you feel. I too sometimes feel I should cover up my affected body parts. There are rude people everywhere, just ignore them and wear what you want to. Psoriasis does better in the sun so don’t let such people, who aren’t worth your time of day, make you feel less than wonderful.

This is awful, ignorant in the real sense of the word. I'm sorry you had to experience that, it just shouldn't happen

Happened so many times to me. Even though I try to be brave and ignore them still makes me feel sad.

Oh Bren. It’s just an experience that you can learn from. I’m always talking about giving our POWER away. You’ve got the power and are beautiful. This manager has now authority over you. Try shake it off and tomorrow wear shorts again, and everyday after that, and each time it gets easier as you test yourself. You darlin can choose to smile, frown, cower, jump up and down. Love the skin you’re in baby!! Sorry you had to go through that. 😥

Hi Bren: Not to worry - there are rude idiots everywhere. Just to say I manage my psoriasis by refusing to think I suffer from it - and guess what? I don´t - any little flaky spots I scratch off and then ignore the site. This works for me! ¨tho probably not recommended by the powers that be........Anyway, keep on keeping on and keep wearing the shorts!

Not to worry - there are many rude ignorant idiots everywhere i this world. How do I tackle psoriasis? I scratch off any particularly loathsome flaky patches and then ignore the scab. Seems to work most of the time - no more scalp psoriasis anyway!

I've had psoriases for years now, but now it's much less because I think living in a sunny country helps a lot !I don't really cares who sees it on my legs, when I I wear shorts which I do a lot down here in the south of France!
I wish you all the best and hope things go better for you.

U should get a hand held uvb lamp. 250 dollars. I had some ugly patches not anymore! I put up with that for 15 years. Didn't think it would be that easy.
