Treatment, exercise, diet

I have painful inverse P under my breasts and in my groin. Is it safe to use an anti-fungal under your breasts? How often? I was told not to use the cortisone under my breasts all the time. Has anyone had success with homeopathic remedies?

From what I know, you should not use it if you're breastfeeding and if you're not and you think you really need a help from a cream you can use it but not regularly, before I apply it 2 or 3 times a week. But now I prefer coconut oil. 😉

Thanks for the information, this week I am trying Calendula cream- thin coating followed by Triple Paste Diaper cream also thin coating, little dabs. It looks better today, not inflamed, so I will continue for a few more days. It does come and go. I am also taking a homeopathic remedy called Mezereum 30C for scalp psoriasis, which flared up like crazy during the wet summer.
