Who's up for a 30 day challenge!
Dont make any changes in your lifestyle, but commit to drinking 2 litres of fresh filtered water a day. NOT tap water as full of chemicals. Take a selfie before you start and compare after 30 days. See what happens!

I drink nothing but reverse osmosis water with liquid trace mineral readded to it, I drink about 2 litres a day. The only other thing I drink is coconut water. I'm sure it helps quite a bit, but it's not a cure. :) I've never drank tap water, I was raised on well water in Nebraska. (supposedly good aquifer water)

hi John - i know you are already hammering the water and getting results, so guess you are excluded!!

chris
chris @cd

Hi Ben - if you have been doing that already, then you almost defo have vagus or trigeminal nerve restrictions that are "locking" your body in fight or flight

i thought not, i didnt think there would be much interest chris,it is an easy one to do, drink 2 litres of water throughout the day :)

Nobody said doing the right thing and making changes are easy! Lots of people are willing to pop creams on cos its easy and achievable - ask them to change their lifestyles and deal with the inflammatory root cause and its a different story! Someone has to WANT to change, and be prepared to put in the effort - as you know John, when you do it, the rewards are there to be had!!

its true, some people are in a hard situation where creams are not easy to be had or they are poor cant afford them etc, if they want to save money on creams and grief, this is the only way to go. i wish this was all known, public years ago when i was teenager, i could had made choices to change things then ,people have a choice here, carry on complaining or do something about it :) If one is happy with it then thats or just dont mind living with it ok,its a choice :) i havnt changed everyhting but some or most changes are better than nothing :)

i wouldnt drink water that much awhile ago unless it was for after drinking too much beer to avoid hang overs to be honest as its tastless and thought i would have to be morooned on a desert island with nothing else to drink it in quantities so. if i can do it anyone can in my eyes, 2 litres of water is nothing i dont think :)

Important message here John is people have a choice! Unfortunately most GPs does not understand oxidative stress, nutrition and inflammation so cannot prescribe anything else other than meds or creams. This is okay in some cases, but unfortunately does not treat the root cause - just the symptom.

i know, i say it all the time. accept for the comment before your last one, it is a choice :)

+1 water is always good. Did a ten day water fast a few years ago, felt great on it!

chris

Hi Jack - water flushes out the free radicals from your bloodstream and reduces inflammatory markers! creates a more alkaline environment for healthier, balanced cellular regeneration - its that simple!! People spend a fortune on quick miracle cures - overlook the root causes of their conditions.

Janice
Janice @Immy

I am so stupid! We have been drinking bottled water for about three years as we were fed up with tap water being cloudy and for two years my skin was clear, then the winter came and I like my water very cold so I swapped to tap water as it was colder than the bottled from the fridge and I have had a very bad flare up since Christmas. I had never connected that it could be the bottled water that cleared my psoriasis, I have now gone back on bottled water one week ago as Chris had suggested to drink it and slowly I am seeing an improvement, lets hope it continues, I do find it hard to drink 2 litres a day but I am getting there.

good for you janice,it certainly does work for sure,i never realise tap water was bad until chris said :)i was guzzzling all the water i could get down me a while ago and from the tap then chris says no,not tap water , i should have a word with the water board and tell them their waters crap and should get compensation for all the aggrivation i have had with psoriasisis with no help to their water haha :)

chris
chris @cd

Hi Janice - why do you think dogs prefer drinking rain water when they can! Our tap water is so full of chemicals its crazy - and yes, all chemicals are inflammatory when in the body. Be interested to see how your symptoms continue to improve. take care, chris

John/Janice - they have done studies with people with dementia, and natural water with a high concentration of silica gel - Evian/Volvic/Fizi water. Because it penetrates the blood/brain barrier has been shown to detox the brain and offer amazing clinical benefits. The power of doing the simple things!!

hello chris, yes that makes sense.i know washing with hard water is bad for the skin.i worked and lived in a hotel that used to soften the water and my skin and hair was very good then i left and washed my body with hard water no softener, what a difference that was ,my skin was cracking etc from the lyme in the water, water is fairly hard where i live now,can make the skin dryer though with me guzzling bottle water, my skin is oily now :)

chris
chris @cd

yes John - our body is mostly made up of water so all makes sense!
