Hello Flaymers, hope all is well?,After my holiday in the sun with my lovely special lady i can see flat flakes in places now , still got some on the face but are flat red looking but okay, elbow looking good,things looking up, have a good day :)

I go to Lanzarote in a few weeks,i will make the most of the sun there too,i will be laying off spread out like a star fish get those flakes burnt off, time to go you stubborn flakey spots :)

Glad it's cleared up a bit. I find sunshine down here on the Mediterranean takes care of most of my psoriasis, I'm lucky!

That's great to hear John. The sun is always good for our P. My P looks good as well after the getaway, skin is a bit dry becausevif the tan but I'll see by Friday how it looks. I'm glad you had a great holiday ;)

Thank you Susan, i had some spots on my hands and they have gone so, i know the sun cleared them, the sun helps me the most with the skin, it always has thank you :)
