Treatment

Now that it's legal in Canada I have been asked by a friend to try her cannabis cream on my P. It is working miracles!! I've gotten rid of all of my steroid creams and my P looks better than it has in many years. Surprised? You bet!

Hi Deborah,
Is the oil clear up your p
How long have you been using it?
I think that I will give it a try.

Wonderful news Deborah. Cannabis is legal in south Africa too, I have tried the soap a couple of months ago but it did not work well for my P. Because of the detoxing effect I got a few spots more which is why I stop using it. I'm so happy to hear it works for you! :)

It's a cream with Cannabis, organic coconut oil, lavender, and a bunch of other natural stuff (hehe). It's not straight oil Robin. I think that would be too strong. I saw a difference within a couple of days. Been using it a month or so. The lady who makes it recommends twice a day but I find that too much for my skin, I use it once every 2 days. Not tried soap Michelle.

Sounds great Deborah. I'm glad it helps!

Lol I wonder if smoking cannabis could help too

Michelle
Michelle @michelle1021

Well Zain, I considered to smoke the soap instead of washing with it but I like to be in control of my emotions. I think the lotions will work best as not being in control of your mind might trigger your P. ?? Emotional stress is not good for us and who knows what cannabis can do apart from relieving mental stress. Not sure. Never tried it before. :)

Good to know. Did you buy it from a dispensary? Or is is homemade?

Sort of both and neither. I got it from a nutritionist (one of my client's daughter's friend's cousins LOL) who is developing a new line. I believe she had been selling with prescription only prior to the new law changes. Now she's branching out and asking for a few testers. I agreed to test, and I'm blown away by the results. It's a modification of a cream that she sells for arthritic clients, and those with COPD. It has less of the ingredients that might cause a flair for sensitive skin. Her brother has P and she originally made it for him.

Zain, i know all too well about getting it there, had it there all my life on my privates, its been good though for the past month, no problem, i am aware it can come back, i been using childs farm moisturizer, always good to keep it clean as possible all the time that helps, i do use 1 % cortisone from time to time though not used it for a long while, just moisturize it and its been okay, I wish you well

Zain
Zain @zain

Yeah a bit scared to use anything cos it's such a sensitive area going to try the epizone lpc coal tar cream and see the outcome

If burns or feels like burning Zain, best stop using it there or it can get worse, my advice though, i wish you well

I'm trying a cannabis oil cream - and I don't think it's really making a difference yet...oh well, it's worth a try...

deborah @deborah4

Maybe it depends on the recipe Genevieve? I had positive results almost instantly. I hope it works for you.
