Yes John, having the right diet does work and reduce inflammation. I mostly concentrate on reducing inflammation and by getting that, I eliminate all bad food. Its not easy but can be done :)

Yes true Michelle indeed,I look at it, if i can do it so can anyone as i was a sugar junkie before all my life until 2 years ago,There a lot of people here a lot worse than me , sure thats an in incentive to make changes,i could got away with carrying on the way i was but, for my joints, i made that step and continued as i wanted to feel well and healthy, blood tests last year and this year confirm i am a healthy guy :),I know is a choice to make changes, where do people want to be? constantly on medications from what they are doing to themselves,It has been proven that psoriasis cannot live easily in an alkaline body ,its is a choice though and some changes in diet/lifestyle is better than none, but , it is a choice a choice for everyone :) :)

Dont be fooled by thinking clear skins are not damaging themselves, they are doing that with a poor diet , such like cancers and other problems can be related to poor nutrition, , the damage is from within, we psoriatics see it, clear skin dont ,I wish you all well :)

Absolutely John and Michelle. Gotta look at the bigger picture. Ty Bollinger does a bunch of series called the truth about cancer, the truth about vaccines, and just started one called the truth about diabetes. Very interesting. What you put into this body will show up someway or another. But it is a choice sometimes to really want something more than just a quick fix. Quick is easy but not so quick is very empowering!

Very true Susan and John. If one is not interested in changing their diet then one must be prepared to live with the stress and anxiety because of the illness. Quick fix is nice, but what happens when you stop using it? It might get worse. :)

Agreed Michelle, more devastating to when one has to stop the meds ie back to square one and possible come worse, our immune system cannot cope with too many toxins in it ,why its good to put less in as possible from eating bad foods that is full of junk, no benefit at all for the body,So many extra diseases can be added to the mix,I had bad IBS years ago , my body was telling me this is crap, i took those bad foods out and i got better, its the same with the skin, joints and what ever else one has related to psoriasis , thank you :)

I think it's great you are sharing your experiences with this John, and I hope lots of people will experiment and see what can be done for them through what they feed their bodies. Having done this myself now, it is invaluable to be able to see effects, and also to see what other triggers exist outside food. When you take food out of the picture it makes everything else clearer 💚

Thank you Sarah, well foods that are good for us , is good for general health anyway, eating correctly is important for everyone, i know my joints are great with healthy eating why i stick to it, Yes it is all experimentation to see ones triggers,i dont know with me as such when it comes to the skin, i dont get it bad with psoriasis ,i know winter is rubbish and summer its better though i do get less scale build up than a few years ago, i cant complain Sarah, Yes there can be other triggers of course,I know years ago i used to wash up dishes pots and pans and my hands used to get psoriasis on them through washing up in dirty water etc and the chemicals, emotional stress maybe a factor?i had some a while ago and i came out rather spotty so, i wonder with this though not bad stress, just well emotional stress for like a good reason if that makes sense ? :) :)
