Of all my psoriasis friendly diet experiment recipes, gluten free Yorkshire pudding has to be the worst 😅 Now I'm "just" gluten and nightshade free. Eating mostly paleo style still with mega veg 💚 What are you doing for your psoriasis with diet? 💕

Hello Sarah, maybe gluten free has some bad things in it , they still have sugar salt additives etc, i do have my gluten free biscuits now and again, well a bit too often now ,I eat mainly salads as you know and veggies,fresh fish or chicken my skin isnt great but is okay really compared to some here i am sure, i been told my skin is not bad even though i think it compared to summer months ,I do like to let my hair down to the point it drags on the floor but not too often,i have added sea salt in my diet as i went a year and a half no salt,i wasnt affected by this but was told, i should have it so i do when i remember lol , Glad you are okay though Sarah :)

Chicken,,fish..veggies,,,some baked potato or rice--home/made soups with veggies mostly or chicken soup--with tumerac and little cayenne pepper.....My right hand and arm are very broke out and flaky--I spray vinegar on it and then apply coconut oil...I want to try some capsuls from Vitamin store--for three months but they are expensive.

I went gluten free for more than a year last year with no change to psoriasis and horrible digestive issues due to eating too many nuts. Now I avoid all dairy which I think is truly not good for my skin and I eat unprocessed, mostly organic food, lots of salads, wild caught fish, no white sugar. In the summer I grow a lot of my food and get lots of sun. I take ginger and turmeric for inflammation, vitamin D3, Cod liver oil, to name a few. My one treat is a glass of red wine, almost every night. I went alcohol free for many months last year with no affect to my psoriasis and felt more stressed, so it stays!

I do nothing.
Drinking 3 to 4 black coffee a day and 1 pack of smoke.
This is how it is.
I tried many diets and nothing changed.

I am on a see food diet. 🙂 I am not well organized when it comes to diet. I should of payed attention to how my wife was so really good at diet plan and preparation. Miss her dearly. I do salmon chicken sweet potato green toss salads PBJ when lazy🙂 . I ran out of D3 B12 and C three months ago. Just haven’t re stocked. My knee and elbow cleared up! That’s crazy.

I'm on my holiday at the moment. Enjoying the sun and alcohol free Mojito. So refreshing. Not missing alcohol at all. Mint is very good for digestion too!

Ah thats good you are strong Nuds, I go away on holiday in less than 2 weeks, its gonna be sun and boozing a lot and all sorts of foods, i will try eat healthy on holiday though and drink plenty of water as i usually do before boozing ,enjoy your holiday :)

I do gluten and dairy free. I have been doing this for my Fibromyalgia for several years, so hoping it will also help with psoriasis. I am also caffeine free and try to be as sugar free as possible, therefore limiting the amount of fruit I eat as well. I use lemon to rub on my rash with great success and take apple cider vinegar every day.

Acv,cod liver oil,lemons,tumeric,ginger,no added sugar,Veges,salads,no dairy,oh the list is endless but not much improvement in 3 years but must be good for the gut.

Yes thats true , gut health is important , Remember whats bad for you in small doses is okay, too much bad is really bad for you :)

Sounds like you’re doing a lot Rosey. Maybe add some vitamin D3 (liquid) and light therapy. Hope you see improvement!

Actually Vicks is working on wrists and hands ,great improvement after a week and love the tingle sensation I pretend it's the Vicks eating the red spots haha

Rosey... Vick’s works? Haven’t heard of that before ... my mom told me recently to put it on my feet to get rid of my cough ... I thought she was nuts but maybe I can kill two birds with one stone ... my cough and the psoriasis in my feet!

Well it stops the redness and itching for me I just use the cheaper brand.

One can say I'm on the paleo diet as well Sarah. Same as caveman diet? I do eat pasta once a month, basmati rice twice a month but mostly only my veggies, salads and meat of course. I don't eat white meat o my. I vary between white and red. Not too much red as I get flaky from it. I don't do gluten basically never. I do have a boring diet but I try to make it look attractive.

Well Michelle, as you know its what you make of it though :) mine looks boring too but i am used to it so its okay yep ,caveman diet indeed :)
