I have never looked at myself as a sufferer, not since years ago, The term you suffer from psoriasis?, this do not apply to me, as a child i did suffer badly especially through winter times .I am sorry for those of you who do suffer with this , I wish you all well :)

True John. Well said. I don't see myself as a sufferer as well. Its part of me and everything that I do, the decisions I make includes my P but one thing I can say is that I am not a 'sufferer'. I don't have it severe due to my diet and lifestyle but I can say that I am a warrior as I've overcome the suffer I used to struggle with. Does that make sense? Well said :)

Thank you Michelle, Yes that does make sense :),If it effects your life daily then yes, one is a sufferer,I do remember back in the old days, big crusty flakes around my ears in my ears ,around my headline and face , all over legs and body, i hope that never gets repeated Michelle though i must had been doing something right over the years ?,My arthritis was another thing that got added to the mix near 16 years ago, Think alcohol set it off as i was drinking a lot then socially of course ,Sometimes these things just need a trigger and thats it ,I couldnt be happier the way joints feel now,If i kept going the way i was, where would i be now, more inflammation and possible a few more noduals in the joints Thank you :)

I believe I am not a sufferer, it is part of my life that I can control as is the Fibromyalgia. It’s all in the way you treat yourself. My last big flare of P was due to a lot of stress which in turn meant I did not control my diet properly. That stress is now relieved so onward and upward from here getting back on track with everything. Sometimes it’s something like that that helps you to realise how important your diet and lifestyle is to keep you well and able to enjoy life.

So true Julie ,yes i agree with you totally, we wait until things happen and get worse before we do something about it . more or less what you are saying,, Thank you :)

John, totally agree with the drinking/alcohol, can certainly cause a flare up...but also depends on what the drink is...luckily Im not a fan of beer, tho I like my vodka tonics...I use a good gluten free vodka (made from potatoes, however, as we all know, potatotes are nightshade :( and sometimes not good for P....also not good for P is the quinine in tonic as well as high fructose corn syrup/sugar shit.
