Ah you doing 2 vit D tabs too Darren, yes i think a slight difference i see with these, one guy said do one month on twice a day and one month on once a day,alternate , Good for you :), so pleased,winter hates my skin but, its not bad so cant complain and i been in the sun 2 week in a month, great news Darren :) :)

Did you just have on your legs or other places Darren? cant remember ? yep, i am always trying to beat this,fight with it all the time, though cant complain, its not bad but would be happy if it went from certain places but, its okay

Hi John I take 12,000iu of Vit D3 every day and it helps me a lot with joint pain

Dosing up again now with vit D as i was since a week ago i ran out and now got a few bottles to keep me going, i will look a=out for the other supplement that Darren talking about LIVEREL, i shall buy this, ooooh i like to try be a complete clear skin,oooh, be the first in my life if that happened, I belivin the dreeeeeaaaam ,anything worth ago with my lifestyle etc which is very healthy indeed :)

Well I'm sure it will work as Psoriasis and fatty liver disease goes hand in hand, well not for everyone but 45% of P sufferers develops it and it is life threatening. I read this months ago which is why I watch what I take in as well as the amount of alcohol but hey, sometimes we let our hair down and go overboard right? This is a good product to use and I'm going to get myself some as well. Nothing to lose by using it. I think one might benefit from it instead.
