Hello Rosey, I have always known about oranges since the 80s, they are put in the citrus fruit no nos , carrots are orange but are good for you, i hear they are better for you cooked than raw though i eat them both ways :)

haha Rosey, I looooove orange but I don't eat oranges at all. Actually no fruit apart from Avo and sometimes banana. The other day I was craving an apple. My P did not like it.
Yes me too John, I eat carrots cooked or raw. Love it both ways. :)

Carrots are good so not deleting them, but since been here no one mentioned oranges ,just tomatoes, lol I'm a bit slower in the no foods as didn't know about oranges,oh well, also said nuts and seeds a no food, darn this no stuff, and pork a deffo no apparently, there goes my Xmas ham, lucky I like turkey lol, hardley eat meat anyway, such is life! Oh and no beans arghhh my fav vege true .So when you have a love in another country what can't you be together,is it politics, family,or living conditions , employment etc? You should be together it's meant to be

Ah, I say citrus fruits, oranges come under that :)If baked beans, hmmmm they just give you wind :) Yes two people that love each other ,should be together Rosey, sometimes its complicated :)

John always mentioned citrus in his dietary advise talks & it falls under the Nightshades as well ... its a definite NO No for me.......

08 Dec 15:51
No John ,about life, its only as complicated as you make it ,there are ways and means
08 Dec 16:38
Believe me Rosey, we would be together if it wasnt complicated, well ways and means we look into but, its not easy ,if she were European, no problem,,We shall see but its a big hurdle, luckily, my lifes easy for myself :)
08 Dec 16:42
I will have bacon when a way, i had pork on holiday too as it was lean but, i dont eat these things at home, its okay to let ones hair down and i get that, i know these things are not good, now and again is okay, moderation with bad things is good, :)

I love pork but haven't had any in two weeks. Not only because of the itch and inflammation I get from it but because I've seen an article about it. I hardly have red meat now.
As long as your life is easy for yourself then all is good John.

Thanks Michelle, yes life is good :)

Try uncured bacon no nitrates . If you stop eating beef any symptoms go away so the trick is to limit it to once a week New Jersey is famous for something call pork roll or Taylor ham there the same thing its awesome everyone loves it..and fresh pork roll gets cooked like a hamburger 🍔 add cheese 🧀 or pineapple 🍍....
12 Dec 05:23
sounds nice Clint and yes true, limit the certain food to once a week. It does help. The good and the bad food needs to be balanced out which is why I eat pasta once a month. I can maybe once a week but I don't really like pasta a lot. Too heavy. Basmati rice I will have either once a week or once every two weeks. I love bacon with avo. I'm a bit weary with the pineapple though...
13 Dec 14:49
Give the man pineapple ,makes a tasty night, ohhh did I just say that?
13 Dec 17:19
For sharing Rosey,?one pineapple each
to munch on?
