HAHA Michelle, yes though i come back as the hulk, I will keep you updated of course here to see if any change, though Darren said 3 months there should be a difference so in 30 days i have to go back get some more at Holland and Barrett, It works out about £ 4.75 a week for this in the UK, its for liver function, Artichoke, Grapefruits extracts,Choline,Co-Q10 with vitamins and minerals + key nutrients L- Gluutathione,Carnitine, N-Acetyl Cysteine, L-Lysine and a lot of everyday vitamins accept CALCIUM it dosnt have , i take that as another supplement anyway and dose extra on my vitamin D thank you , I am sure Aquaman will be back or is that the Terminator lol :)

Well i got 3 months to find out Michelle and for less than a fiver a week in the UK,cheap medication if it works for me, It may mean i can lower my shopping bill if this stuffs works as my shopping bill is high as i eat all fresh,I am the Hulk as i have been angry Michelle :), You know what happens when i get angry,? People dont like me when i am angry, i turn spotty and flakey and thats how i am at the moment , but i get over it lol :)

True John but that's what we are trying to avoid right? Not getting angry. You will still need your fresh veggies John. No vitamins can replace the real thing. I only drink B12 or 1 multivitamin a day. Veggies are the best but I've looked up on livirel and they have something else here which is the same? But different name of course.
21 Dec 14:19
Yes of course i will still do all my 12 to 14 veggies a day but i maybe able to reduce the amount i have daily, Thats true that you cant replace the real thing, i get that totally, though the veggies in England is crap to be honest but yes i carry on,I see how things go Michelle, I dont get angry just joking , thank you :)
