Scalp psoriosis has flared up red and fiery feel like i could claw my scalp off use medicated shampoo amd have tried dovobet with no releif any advice welcome

Hello Debbie, Have you tried Alphosyl 2 in 1 , it does help me , if scalp bad i would leave it on there for an hour and then wash out, makes your hair silky smooth too, i wish you well thanks
