I have been eating quite a few bad things this year aswell as eating good things too,, chocolates, biscuits etc, This is an experiment to see if things get worse with the skin :), been a week of eating the odd bad things daily, I shall see :)

After complete clearance of diet change 2-3 months, I ate bad food for 10-15 days, got one spot. Again started to avoid such foods

I more or less did the same thing John. My skin behaved but eating heavily/desserts affected how I felt overall, so back to healthier food choices!

Thats good Md,I have spots all over me at the moment, luckily i dont get it bad, I got darts at the end of next week for 3 days and the food there isnt for a person who leads a healthy lifestyle,There will be plenty of drinking too though i dont think beer or lager affects me to be honest, spirits affect my joints i know that.i was so strict last year and didnt eat a bad thing over xmas and this year, i thought why not? ,Thank you :)

Yes i agree Rita, Its down to healthy lifestyle and that applies to anyone with or without psoriasis,Eating badly affects the gut, i know i had IBS years ago and never want that repeated, I took things out and it healed and then i put some bad stuff back in and i was okay, that was years ago,Its about overall health and thats true Thank you :)

John I find that even though I try to eat very healthy at times when Im visiting family in Canada especially over the xmas season, I find I eat soooooo much junk food because its in front of me I see no difference in my P. But when I am back home alone I go back to eating healthy.

Oh John... Don't think you are the only one! LOL. Me too! Working in this HUGE apartment complex we always have gifts from the residents that are crap... Nice gesture but holy cow... haven't eaten this much sweet stuff in years! Nothing has happened in a bad way except feeling sleepy by mid afternoon. I'm still doing my elimination diet though starting in 2 days. Horrible for our bodies all that sugar regardless of any medical diagnoses. Going to get Rodney on board too at least for a week... I'm actually looking forward to it. We aren't getting any younger and life is soooo beautiful so we are being proactive. Food, for me, was one thing but having ZERO stress really helped me more than I can say. I made some pretty tough, in the beginning, choices on removing stress. Soooo worth it in the end. Mostly people who stressed me out. You have been dealing with your psoriasis with diet already so I don't think a bit of crap is going to be a big deal. Blessings to you and hope 2019 is full of great surprises.

Yes its true with me Alexandros, bad eating dosnt affect my skin it seems , just winter does, though i think i get less flakes with eating healthy, I changed my diet/lifestyle for my joints mainly, alcohol i think affects my joints a lot more than foods but, its good to lead a healthy lifestyle for sure just for general health :) Thank you :)
