...feeling happy Michelle @michelle1021
Psoriasis friendly wardrobe. It's the first time that I actually notice that I have a P friendly wardrobe. All my clothes are breathable and light, and even my shoes are comfortable.

I've been browsing through my wardrobe to look for something to wear this morning for work and I realized that all my clothes are P friendly. From clothes to underwear to shoes. How many of you unconsciously buy clothes which is P friendly?

Hello Michelle ,I dont think of p when i buy clothes Michelle, light thin clothes is ideal and not tight clothes though i wear my clothes fairly tight which may not help with breathing of the skin i know,If i had i bad , i would go for baggy clothes as not to irritate the skin, tight underwear is probably not good as that can make one sore too Thank you :)
Bev @bev43
My hubby wears loose shirts I'm not sure it's consciously to do with his P though
Michelle @michelle1021
Bev, loose shirts is great as long as it's breathable. not a thick material of course. We do not realize this but our clothing do affect our P as well. For instance, certain types of clothing can aggravate skin irritation and trigger flare-ups related to psoriasis, yet those with psoriasis often use clothing to mask symptoms. It can become a vicious circle if you aren’t careful.
Michelle @michelle1021
Yes John, neither do I think of my P when buying clothes. I like my light cotton material. No tight underwear won't help. Some things really need some fresh air. :)

Yes true Michelle, My millennium falcon underpants are too tight really and can irritate a bit though they are large size,Maybe i need x large pants so they loose?though then might drop? yes loose is good :)
Michelle @michelle1021

Michelle @michelle1021

john,Hulk @chewbacca

Ann @ann8680
Not very good wearing light clothes in this weather
Michelle @michelle1021
I agree Ann. SA's weather is totally different from the UK.
Ann @ann8680
When I'm inside I wear sleeveless tops
Michelle @michelle1021
That's good Ann. Your skin get some fresh air. We sometimes think by applying some creams and stuff our P will get better but in the meantime we wear long pants and long sleeve shirts etc. which is not good for us. Our P needs to breath too.
Rosey @sue2023
