I need to get back in track for this plant based diet. I’m gonna eat whatever I can and then stop 😆 it’s really hard being on a plant based diet but I’m willing to try everything it takes to calm the skin down

Yes, I too need to get back on track with my diet. The P has flared again. I am also back using the lemon.

I just rub the lemon on my P before bed at night. It stings for a bit, but seems to help. I find the best way is to squeeze the lemon and using a cotton ball, dab it on. I keep the lemon juice in a container in the fridge to use. If you rub it on with the lemon whole it leaves the little bits on you. I think the acidity must react to create an even PH on your skin. Once the P settles I stop using it. Best wishes.

I see..major part of my P is my scalp..I tried lime before and it became worse (I had bleeding). I don’t know if lemon is much different from lime. Maybe I can try the lemon on my hands and legs

I don’t have any on my scalp, only on my legs and elbows. Best wishes fir some relief.
