Seems to me everytime I go through the Gauntlet of Full on P I curl up like a wounded dog and retreat...anything becomes painfilled even thinking clouds my skin with pain...right now I don't feel utterly encompassed by judging myself

Wow sorry to hear that and wish there was something I could say to help. Have you considered the biologics? They have truly saved my life but many people have deep concerns about the long term effects. Hope you can find some help.

I went on a Cancer treatment believe it or not for P and they figured out that I will never..sadly be some one who can use biologics..so when I flare up its pretty much one oral med I can take and sadly it doesn't hold back any flares I also use steroids occasionally that's it baby cakes...so no biologics are out

We get depressed. We get miserable and the only thing we want to do is cry and cry and cry. Nothing anybody can say will make us feel better.
"why don't they just go away and leave me in peace. I just want to be left alone and try to die in peace" Yip, that is what I used to think when I was covered in Psoriasis. I was the most miserable "B" in the world and because of that, I made everybody's life hell. If I can't be happy, neither can they. Pathetic right? It's not easy for us Lindakay. To go through the pain every day is hell. Of course you will curl up like a wounded dog and 'retreat'but hey, think of it this way, you don't stay curled up. You get up and you move on. You're a strong lady and I admire your strength. What you have gone through and where you are now, has shown me what a great inspiration you are to us. You've come a long way. We all need that someone to turn to, to feel encouraged and strong that not even wonder woman will be able to beat us. Do not judge yourself. Go and look at yourself in the mirror. Look past the P, look at YOU. Don't let your Psoriasis blind you to the wonderful life you can have. As with many life-altering events, Psoriasis is almost guaranteed to cause you to re-evaluate your priorities and what is your priority? YOU. Everybody has to deal with tough times but it depends on us on how we are going to deal with it. No one is immune to the trials and tribulations of life but we can be immune to negativity in our daily lives. You're a wonderful lady and I know this is a bad day for you but remember we are all here to support you. You are very much loved on this group and don't forget that okay?
