I often Feel when my skin is reddened and I scratch and I flake and I can barely walk and I must also be in public its not fear of being judged by others of How I must look to them but I abhor How they may Pity me does that make sense??

Yes,,I never had pity as a child for psoriasis for which at that time would had been welcomed as i was covered in it through the winter months over the years , it was bad , I have seen it so bad on someone that i really felt for them, it was all over their hands, hair matted with flakes and they were scratching a lot ,I did feel for them big time but didnt show it and she served me in the charity shop as she worked there ,She was out in the community giving her time for charity for that, she has my respect, :)

When my skin is bad I kind of forget about it when I am in public. I guess I always kind of hope that people would just ask if they are concerned. I guess also that I do pity someone else who has P and I want to ask if they know there are treatments that sometimes help.

I deal all the time with pple and their sorrows and cheer them up and listen,me I just take a lot of crap at times but never want pitty just understanding

Psoriasis is horrible in old age..wondering what Pharmaceutical company will ever help me buy the meds that would help me attain some form of quality of life??
