What vitamins have you tried that seem to help with P? I'm taking apple cider vinegar and vitamin D 5,000

I do some 2 teaspoons of acv in a glass of water morning and evening on empty stomach in the morning and an hour or so before dinner. I also do one teaspoon of turmeric plus a teaspoon of black pepper in some water, as in ‘just down with it’ after dinner. They both help.

Will be trying this for sure. I see I am going to flare up again. Hands burning and very tired.
