I been on these for 5 weeks now and see flakes turning white and fading out , I hope this keeps up, Thank you Darren here for this info :), i hope i get shot of this crap or most of it, could be worse though for me so cant complain :), I do eat a healthy lifestyle aswell and dont eat dairy, gluten, wheat etc, eat mainly lots of veggies, A healthy lifestyle generally is good for anyone,I have not seen fade like this in winters so, i can only put it down to these vitabiotics, Liverel can be purchased at Holland and Barratt for £17.50 and Well man + i got from tescos supermarket but you may get online as Well man is popular brand in the uk for the price of £15.00 in the uk,I been taking a vitamin D pill everyday too,Its worth a shot not, cheap i know, both boxes do a months supply and i keep going with it probably permanent if need be , Wish me luck and hope the flakes wont be with me ,, I wish you all well :)

That's great John. Happy for you. It's an investment in your health so I don't really think money should stand in your way for anyone. If we have the money for booze and crap food, then I guess we have money for health. My thought anyway.
