With me, they started with a 15 seconds test, to see how my skin was, then twice a week, first session was minute then increasing by 20 seconds a visit after that. I'm at 2 minutes 40 seconds now, I had a two week gap at Christmas which set me back minute.
I notice a change after four sessions, weirdly more above the waist than below, although that's coming too. It's the way it works apparently
If you have a lot of plaque they'll give you tubs of slobber shit to paint on to soften it. I found the soft paraffin worked best. From your name, you won't need to bother taking a trainer sock.
My son had 23 sessions altogether but it didn't work for him. He got his back a month later worse than ever. Everyone is different. Hope it works for you. It definitely made him feel better when he was getting it done
I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work out, I hope he is doing well otherwise 💪 have heard that at most if it does work it will last for about two years before it begins to show again, but of course it varies from body to body
I had close to 100 sessions spread over 3 years or so. Initially, it was great but then the skin got stubborn and less reactive so I was moved onto tablets/injectables before finally moving onto biologics. UVB treatment can be good if it's only a light dusting of psoriasis...anything covering large areas of skin and it might not be as effective. It'll help relieve it at least...
Thanks for replying, how were the tablets and injections? Have heard of these but haven’t looked into their effect, had my consultation today and starting uvb treatment soon, hoping for some success or relief at most :)

Oh I see so the sessions wouldn’t take long at all, thank you for that information 👌

I haven't tried it but I know someone who has and she was covered from head to toe with pso it worked brilliantly but it's not a total fix.
